INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Fee once paid is not refundable.
  1. Fee Installments must be deposited either through online mode of payment using student Id OR  in Indian Overseas Bank through cash/ cheque  between 1st and 10th of the scheduled month, failing which a late fee of Rs. 20/- per day will be levied till the last day of the month. Thereafter, the names of the defaulters will be struck off the rolls and a re-admission fee of Rs.2000/- will be payable.  Link for online payment of fee [PAY FEE] is available on the school website… www.chapsleeschool.com
  1. A penalty of Rs.200/- shall be levied on bounced/returned cheques.
  1. No deduction or reduction is made for the absence of students during holidays or for broken periods. 
  1. Students will not be allowed to sit for the end of the year promotion examination unless the full fee has been paid.
  1. One calendar month's notice will have to be given for the withdrawal of the child from the school OR Full fee of the installment will be charged in lieu of the notice. Withdrawal of students during the course of the year will entail the payment of the next fees installment. Parents in transferable jobs shall also be required to give a month’s notice in writing for the withdrawal of their children from the school, alongwith a copy of the orders of transfer, or pay the next installment in lieu of notice. No application for a transfer certificate will be entertained without the submission of the orders of transfer.
  1. Applications for withdrawal & issue of transfer certificates in respect of students who are to be withdrawn after the completion of the current academic session (2024-25)  may please be submitted, in writing, to the school office, by 30th November, 2024.
